Yellow Page:
It is where you freely post ads on what you need and what you can offer to other members. In other words, it is like a market where you make private deals with others. Please note that you are fully responsible for VOW transactions you make with others. We do not intervene or engage in private transactions agreed and carried upon between individual members. 
Watch Board:Bad guys are everywhere and anytime. Although they are a small number of people, they may disrupt people building trust on each other in the community. If you come across a bad guy who failed to pay you or tried to fool you, we encourage you to share the name and email address of the bad user so that other innocent members will avoid troubles.
